We provide a customized mechanization service, starting from prototypes manually produced by the client and working towards their industrial-scale production. We then develop the most suitable solution to turn the project into reality, designing an automated, integrated, and modular plant layout that allows the client to benefit from a perfectly efficient and functional machine. During the design phase, we jointly evaluate the opportunity to orient towards specific solutions, presenting the advantages that could arise from the preference – for example – for side loading compared to top loading, and assessing with the client the pros and cons in terms of reducing processing times, increasing safety, and meeting specific needs related to the characteristics of the particular product to be packaged. In this process, we always start from the client’s preferences in terms of design, functionality, and aesthetics. Subsequently, we proceed to create the various modules that will make up the plant, carrying out tests at our site and at the client’s site using the products that will be processed by the machine. In this way, we are able to optimize the process, identify and correct any critical issues, and guarantee our clients compliance with the highest quality standards.
In this case, starting from the specific characteristics of the products to be processed, we evaluate the different types of packaging available together with the client, jointly choosing the one that guarantees the greatest advantages in terms of functionality, safety, and aesthetics. If the client requests it, we can also provide assistance in the drawing design phase of the packaging. Once the best packaging prototype has been developed in relation to the product characteristics, we proceed with the design of the modular automated solution for its concrete realization, and the subsequent phases of Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test.
