The All-in-One Compact has been designed to combine the three fundamental phases of cartoning into a single, extremely compact architecture:
1. Forming
The flat blank is formed with precision to ensure stability and perfect box alignment.
2. Packing
The system continuously manages the product flow, synchronizing movements to ensure stability even at high speeds.
3. Closing
High-precision hot-melt gluing ensures a perfectly formed carton ready for subsequent logistics operations.
The All in One Compact automatically manages the entire secondary packaging process whilst delivering high performance levels: it can handle 8.000 products per hour, producing up to 1.800 cartons per hour.
