GPI GROUP at SPS Italia with SEW-EURODRIVE

SPS Italia is the fair for the intelligent, digital, and sustainable industry, recognized as a point of reference for the Italian manufacturing sector: the annual event to learn about new trends and discuss the most challenging topics in industrial automation. The fair returns to Parma from May 28th to 30th, 2024. GPI will exhibit an innovative cartoning solution at booth F34 Hall 3 of SEW-EURODRIVE.
GPI Group’s Top Loading Units represent the cutting edge of modern technology in the field of secondary packaging machinery and integrate the innovative SEW system for intelligent energy management called PE-S.
The PE-S (Power and Energy Solutions) allows for increased energy efficiency, real-time monitoring of machine consumption, and temporary backup power in case of electrical outages, enabling a safe and controlled stop of the robot.
All motors in GPI’s top-loading cartoners are also equipped with sensors for predictive maintenance and real-time cloud-based system monitoring.
